Privacy Policy.

Account and profile: name, email, phone number, state, college or company, graduation year, profile photo and the details you add during onboarding.

Learning activity: courses and training programmes you enrol in, progress, practice attempts, assessment results and proctoring events such as tab switches during an exam, plus certificates issued to you.

Applications and requests: career applications and resumes, service requests, meeting bookings and event registrations.

Payments: order ID, amount, status and the payment reference returned by Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI IDs and netbanking credentials never reach our servers.

Technical: basic device and page-view information, and a referral code when you arrive through a shared link.

To create and secure your account, deliver the programmes you paid for, issue and verify certificates, run proctored assessments fairly, process orders and shipments, respond to service and career applications, and send transactional email about your enrolments and orders.

We also look at aggregated usage to fix broken pages and improve the curriculum. Marketing email is opt-in and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Razorpay for payments, Amazon SES for transactional email, Cloudinary for images and file uploads, MongoDB Atlas and Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Google for optional sign-in, and Delhivery for merchandise shipments. Each of them processes only what is needed for that task.

If you enrol in a course, the educator running it can see your name, email and progress. If your college or employer sponsors a training programme, we share attendance and assessment reports with them.

We never sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

School and college students use Enginow, and there is no 18-plus requirement. We do not knowingly ask minors for more than the account details needed to learn. A parent, guardian or institution can write to us to review or remove a minor's data.

Account and learning records stay while your account is active. Certificates and the data needed to verify them are kept permanently so that employers can validate them. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires, typically eight years. Resumes for closed roles are kept for one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes, never in plain text. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it, and sign-in supports one-time codes and Google sign-in.

You can edit your profile from your dashboard at any time, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account. Email support@enginow.in and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account does not remove certificates already issued or records we must retain for tax purposes.
