Shipping Policy.

Course enrolments, training bookings, event tickets and downloadable material are activated as soon as your payment is verified. Access appears on your dashboard and a confirmation lands in your registered email. If it has not arrived within an hour, check spam first, then write to support@enginow.in.

Merchandise orders are packed within 2 to 3 working days of payment and handed to Delhivery for delivery.

• Metro cities: usually 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: usually 5 to 8 working days after dispatch.
• Remote and restricted pin codes may take longer or may not be serviceable.

We ship within India only. All orders are prepaid; there is no cash on delivery.

You get the Delhivery tracking number by email once the parcel leaves us, and the same reference is shown on your orders page. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping charges, when they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any charge shown at checkout is the final amount; nothing is collected at your door.

Please enter a complete address with a working phone number. Delhivery attempts delivery up to three times. If the parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we can re-ship it once you pay the return and re-dispatch cost.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel and the item, and we will send a replacement. Refunds are not offered; see the Refund Policy.
