Terms of Service.

Enginow is an education technology company founded in 2025 and operated from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We run online and campus courses, corporate and campus training programmes, internships, hackathons, technical services and a small merchandise store.

There is no minimum age of 18 to learn with us. School and college students are welcome. If you are under 18, you should use Enginow with the knowledge of a parent, guardian or your institution, and they take responsibility for any payment made on your behalf.

Accounts are personal. Keep your password private and do not let anyone else use your account. Institutional or corporate accounts are managed by the organisation that pays for the programme.

Every order on Enginow is prepaid. Course enrolments, training bookings, event tickets and merchandise are payable in full before access is granted or goods are dispatched.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless we state otherwise. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials.

An order is confirmed only after the payment is verified, either by the payment confirmation returned to your browser or by the gateway webhook. A pending or failed payment does not create an enrolment. If money leaves your account but the order does not appear within a few hours, write to support@enginow.in with the payment reference and we will trace it.

Free courses and free events are open to anyone with an account, subject to seat limits.

Paid course access is for a single learner, for the duration stated on the course page. Live cohort dates, mentors and session timings may shift for genuine operational reasons; we tell you in advance when they do.

Corporate and campus training bookings are scoped from the details you share with us. If the participant count, duration or location changes, the price may be revised in writing before delivery.

Certificates are issued only on genuine completion, and every certificate can be checked on our verification page. Assessments are proctored. Copying, impersonation, using another device or leaving the exam window repeatedly can void your attempt and your certificate.

Do not record, resell, re-upload or redistribute our lessons, question banks, notes or files. Do not share your login. Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the platform, and do not upload anything unlawful, abusive or infringing.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where a violation is established.

Physical merchandise is dispatched through our courier partner Delhivery. Delivery timelines, address requirements and tracking are covered in our Shipping Policy.

Enginow does not offer refunds at present. Please read the Refund Policy in full before you pay.

We work hard on outcomes, but we do not guarantee a job, an internship, a placement or a specific salary. Content and services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific programme or order in question.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use Enginow after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
