Refund Policy.

Enginow is currently not offering refunds of any kind. Once a payment is successful, the enrolment, booking or order is final, non-refundable and non-cancellable.

This applies to course enrolments, training programme bookings, internship and event fees, service retainers and merchandise orders, whether or not you have attended a session or opened the material.

If the gateway charges you twice for the same order, or takes money for a payment that failed and never created an enrolment, that is not a refund, it is a correction. Email support@enginow.in with the payment reference and we will return the extra amount to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days once the gateway confirms it.

If Enginow cancels a paid programme outright and cannot offer you a replacement batch, we will either move you to another programme of equal value or return the amount you paid for it. We will always tell you in writing which option applies.

We would rather help you finish than take your money and leave. If you cannot attend your batch, write to us before it ends and we will try to move you to a later batch of the same programme. Transfers are at our discretion and are not a right.

Merchandise is made to order in small runs and is non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged or is the wrong product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it. See the Shipping Policy for how dispatch through Delhivery works.

Talk to us before raising a chargeback. Most issues are settled the same day. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may lead to the account being suspended until the matter is resolved with the bank.
